According to the requirements of the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority regarding the electronic invoice system and the specific stages

We at Elite Soft have successfully completed the requirements of the second phase (the linking and integration phase).

All of our systems for our customers are now ready to connect with the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority system (Fateura platform) and issue, save and archive invoices according to the approved invoice models:

· Tax/standard invoice.

· Simplified invoice.

· Debit and credit notes.

 

Synchronization and linking operations are carried out in the following manner:

ü Safe and protected.

ü Complete data encryption.

ü Synchronization occurs automatically and without the need for user intervention.

The linking mechanism to our systems has been prepared according to the following options:

1- Connection in simulation mode (experimental): Where connection is done with the authority on an experimental basis to ensure and verify the safety and validity of the connection before moving to the final connection mode.

2- Final connection: Final connection with the Authority for establishments assigned by the Authority.

3- Non-connection: This is for establishments not mandated by the Authority.
